The association Ius Omnibus hopes that the Competition Court, in Santarém, will agree with the Competition Authority (AdC) in relation to the fine dated 2019 on 14 financial institutions, especially after the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). In a statement, the association assumes that the decision of the supreme institution of justice in the 'banking cartel' case "confirmed the position of the AdC, rejecting the banks' arguments".
